Online Lay-By Welcome!
If there is something you wish to Lay-by, simply use the layby discount code layby and place it in the coupon code box upon checkout. You will only be billed 10% of the purchase price for the deposit on your Layby. We dont charge any extra to use the layby facility.
We will email your layby number to you within 24 hours of placing the order. When you are ready to make an additional payment, just go to your PayPal account send money tab, enter the email sales@redpup.com.au , amount and prior to sending put your layby number in the special instructions box provided along with your Name.
We allow you to enter into a layby agreement in good faith to make our products more readily available to you, therefore we must stipulate some rules.

When you place an order, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions.
Goods Shipping
The goods will be shipped to your shipping address as soon as the balance is paid in full.
Payment start date
Your Lay By payment plan starts the day you place your order and continues at the frequency that you desire. You have three months to pay the balance, either in total or in instalments.
Neglected laybys
When a layby has had no activity for a period of three months, We reserve the right to cancel the layby and recoup any fair and reasonable costs associated with the order. Special circumstances will be considered.
Delivery/Shipping
Should your delivery address change, please inform us immediately. You will receive a confirmation email with delivery details when you’ve made your final payment. While every effort is made to deliver as advised, we cannot accept any liability for delay due to the customer’s failure to complete customer obligations or any other reason beyond our control. We cannot accept any liability resulting from a contracted party’s failure to deliver as advised.
Returns
We will gladly replace item/s should a product be damaged in transit and in accordance with our legal responsibilities as a merchant We are unable to accept returns for other reasons such as if you have changed your mind or have made an incorrect choice about the product and no longer wish to keep it. In the event that damage has occurred in transit you must notify us with 2 business days.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel your Lay By, charges will apply which enable us to recover our costs. You may cancel your order at no charge if payments have not commenced payments. Once payments have commenced no refund of monies will be entered into.
Your layby cannot be refunded once it is fully paid.
