How do I order?
We only accept orders via our website. Our online store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is the quickest and safest way to place an order.

Do I need to register an account?
No. You do not need an account with us to make a purchase.

Where do you deliver?
- We deliver Australia wide.
- We deliver to Po Boxes.
- We do not offer a pick up service.
- We do not deliver outside of Australia.

How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is calculated at checkout for your order. You can also choose to have your order sent via Express Post.

When are orders sent?
- We offer same day dispatch for orders received by 2pm weekdays.
- Weekend orders received after 2pm Friday will be shipped first thing Monday.
- We will notify you via email when your order has been dispatched.

How long will it take for delivery?
- Standard delivery times apply from Brisbane, QLD.
- Express Post is next day provided you are within the Express Post network.

Can I track delivery?
Yes. All orders receive tracking information. You will be sent tracking information once your order is dispatched so you can easily track the progress of your delivery.



How can I pay?

Can I pay by direct deposit or cash?
Sorry, we only accept payment by Visa, Mastercard or Paypal.

Do I need to have a registered account to purchase?
No. You can place an order without registering an account with us.



Do your products come with Australian warranty?
Yes. All our products are backed by a full 12 months Australian warranty. All warranty repairs are conducted in Australia.

Where do I send my product for warranty repairs?
Warranty work is undertaken at our Brisbane office at your convenience. Our technicians will review the problem and in most cases not require you to send your item for inspection. Any replacement parts (if needed) will be sent to you directly, free of charge.



Returns and Exchange Policy and Instructions

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will exchange the item or refund the purchase price subject to the following conditions:


  • Items must be returned within 14 days with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You must provide your name and address.
  • You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion costs.


Items must be returned in as unused condition, with all original packaging attached. If you request a refund, the purchase price excluding delivery charges will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the conditions above
